- Greet customers and provide general information about the business
- Distribute incoming regular and electronic mails
- Correspond to both phone and other inquiries from our customers; relay telephone calls and messages
- Schedule and confirm appointments and meetings of employer
- May involve in doing research and compiling data on certain subjects
- May assist with doing marketing strategies

- Possess certain knowledge of general business and marketing.
- Previous experiences in administrative and customer service are preferred.
- Chinese Mandarin is preferred due to our customer base
